Sensor PIR (Passive Infrared) adalah alat yang mendeteksi keberadaan atau pergerakan objek yang memancarkan panas, seperti manusia atau hewan, dengan mendeteksi perubahan radiasi inframerah di sekitarnya. Fungsinya meliputi:

  1. Sistem Keamanan: Mengaktifkan alarm jika ada pergerakan.
  2. Pencahayaan Otomatis: Menyalakan lampu saat ada orang di area tertentu.
  3. Otomasi Rumah Pintar: Mengontrol perangkat lain berdasarkan kehadiran.
  4. Penghemat Energi: Mengoptimalkan penggunaan perangkat seperti lampu dan AC.
